About the audiodrama
Hi, we're the Sounds of Starstream team!We're a group of creatives working on a fanmade audiodrama adaptation of Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint by Sing Shong, set to be completed in Winter 2026.The adaptation will include 6 full-length, fully-produced episodes, using a new English language imagining of the Korean web novel.This is not a paid production and will not be paid media—all script writers, translators, voice actors, visual artists, and sound designers are working on this as a labor of love!We're currently in pre-production, wrapping up scripting and translation.(art by the worst bard)
Who's on the team?
Our team is stacked with creative professionals who are flexing their skills to bring a level of serious polish to this fan project.Notably, experienced Korean language translators (one of whom worked on the ORV manhwa for a stint), and experts in writing, recording, sound engineering, and the entertainment industry.Needless to say, we're psyched to put our skills to good use for this production.

WILL THE AUDIODRAMA BE A REHASH OF THE ORIGINAL?
No—the audiodrama isn't a one-for-one of either the Korean web novel or the manhwa English translation. But we keep it pretty close!HOW ARE YOU ADAPTING THE KOREAN WEB NOVEL INTO AN ENGLISH LANGUAGE AUDIODRAMA?
Painstakingly. Our writer used the many existing fan translations to get the broad strokes, and worked closely with Korean language translators on adapting that text against the original to get something that sounds natural, retains the meaning, and makes for a great audiodrama in English. The process has taken a long time.HOW WILL AUDITIONS WORK?
Our casting will open in late winter or early spring 2025. done through Casting Call Club. That's where you'll be able to find all information on the characters and how we envision them. The listing will be visible and available in early 2025.CAN I JOIN THE TEAM?
